Job Description

Business Analyst - Urgent Opening For IT ITeS B2B - Dmacq
 
Job description
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions.
  • Actively participates in project management about key organizational, process,  and technology change projects to align systems and operations with dMACQ solutions
  • You will participate in new functionality estimation, analysis, design, and testing and define application requirements by working closely with key stakeholders and other members of the project teams.
  • Working knowledge of BRD, FRD, SRS, etc.
  • Supporting initiatives to improve reporting quality.
  • Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes for IT functional and Development teams, and maybe performing some user acceptance testing.
  • Responsible for maintaining and validating solution integrity in their functional area through the course of the project including controlling scope, managing solutions for change tracking/traceability, and clarifying solution capabilities during all delivery phases.
Required Candidate profile
  • Four-year degree in either Information Management or Business Administration or the equivalent
  • Experience in business optimization, problem-solving, or strategic solution roles with progressive responsibility, preferably within the IT/ITeS industry
  • Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet constantly changing timelines
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Exceptional process and organizational skills with the ability to mobilize change
  • Experience with a scripting/templating language Python, JavaScript, PHP, will be an added advantage
  • A minimum of 2 years of business analysis or project management experience in an Enterprise IT Software Product company
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL, MySQL, Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables etc.
  • Experienced in both lean and agile methodologies
