Your Role and Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements, evaluating output requirements and formats, recommend key capabilities based on the through understanding of the client environment and business requirements
• Bring in key insightful recommendations based on the industry trends and industry best practices
• Act as a liaison between business and the technical team and ensure smooth delivery of the program
• Highlight key risks in the development cycle pertaining to the development of the business requirements
• Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing delivery issues
• Help and co-ordinate the UAT testing and client sign off.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of the ongoing development

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Understands the banking industry, banking products (Assets and Liabilities in Retail and Corporate) and banking operations
• Ability to ask right questions and get the requisite details for setting up new systems and solutions in Banking Domain. Skilled in designing logical model for data warehouse / data marts preferred.
• Knowledge about banking Business attributes, Marketing Analytics, Banking dashboards preferred.
• Ability to document business requirements based on client inputs and industry experience
• Having skills in translating / articulating /converting the business requirements in a format understandable to the technical team.
• Competence to define the business rules for data profiling. Ability to analyse the data anomalies and its impact on business.
• Ability to construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specification
• Flair in creating reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends
