Qualification : 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 2-5 years of experience with Tableau (must have),Alteryx (must have),SQL Server, SSAS/AtScale (must have),SSRS, SSIS and Advanced Excel.
  • Must have prior experience in AWS projects.
  • Experience in Hive and/or Hadoop.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of banking operations.
  • Ability to analyze raw data and translate into highly readable and professional reports.
  • Ability to prioritize work and efficiently process change requests from customers.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ensure development methodologies are followed and are compliant with department and Chase standards.
  • 1+ years utilizing Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Prior experience in reporting and data analysis development with ability to meet stringent deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated knowledge of data quality control techniques.
  • Strong documentation abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good to have:
  • Prior experience with call center technology data (Avaya CMS, NICE, IVR, Aspect).
  • Prior experience with workforce management data.
  • Prior experience developing in an Oracle Database environment a plus.
  • Work with version control tools like Subversion and project tracking tools like JIRA or IRM in a team setting.
