Qualification :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
2-5 years of experience with Tableau (must have),Alteryx (must have),SQL Server, SSAS/AtScale (must have),SSRS, SSIS and Advanced Excel.
Must have prior experience in AWS projects.
Experience in Hive and/or Hadoop.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Demonstrated knowledge of banking operations.
Ability to analyze raw data and translate into highly readable and professional reports.
Ability to prioritize work and efficiently process change requests from customers.
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Ensure development methodologies are followed and are compliant with department and Chase standards.
1+ years utilizing Business Intelligence solutions.
Prior experience in reporting and data analysis development with ability to meet stringent deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and demonstrated knowledge of data quality control techniques.
Strong documentation abilities.
Strong organizational skills.
Good to have:
Prior experience with call center technology data (Avaya CMS, NICE, IVR, Aspect).
Prior experience with workforce management data.
Prior experience developing in an Oracle Database environment a plus.
Work with version control tools like Subversion and project tracking tools like JIRA or IRM in a team setting.
