Job Description :

• Work with the end-customers to take high-level business requirements and analyze and define functional requirements; including constructing workflow charts, diagrams and screen mockups.

•Requirement elicitation using various elicitation techniques.

•Create clear, crisp and concise functional specifications by documenting the client requirements in a manner which is easy to understand and comprehend.

•Act as the SPOC between the customers and the development/QA team, by translating the customer’s requirements in a simplified manner to the development team and seeking clarifications from the end-customers for the queries raised by the development team.

•Working with development and QA teams to deliver functional releases, resolving requirements-related issues along the way.

•Effective analytical/problem solving and research skills

•Assist the technical and quality team in work estimation.

•Design test cases.

•Process change requests in a structured manner and communicate scope creep to the project manager proactively.

•Communicate and collaborate effectively with many different team members across the business and technology areas.

•Manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.

•Conducts system walkthrough, formal review and training.

•Prepare training material for the team by documenting new areas of the system and build the training pool for the project.

•Ability to lead and motivate a team of business analysts.

•Establishes and maintains agreed standards applicable to the work undertaken and ensures that they are adhered to.

•Establish and cultivate strong collaborative relationships with business owners and key HR and learning stakeholders throughout the organization.

•Proactively escalate issues to the Business/Technical/Team lead, to ensure quick resolution of issues.

•Maintain an awareness of testing techniques for the effective testing of key development deliverables.

•Ready to work as per project time requirements.

•Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel and switch priorities and focus as needed.

•Ability to work independently or as part of a project team, as comfortable with taking ownership for managing assignment autonomously, as being managed within a project or other formal structure.

•Outstanding work ethic, commitment to delivery, with a track record of going the extra mile.
