Business Analyst

Panchkula, India

Roles and Responsibilities :

Deliver timely solutions to customers.
Understand the business processes and prepare proposals for clients.
Analyze business data and create BI/predictive analytics solutions as per the requirements.
Interact directly with business partners to support their operational needs.
Enable the business to take effective decisions and solve problems with quantified insights into data.
Manage data visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, D3.js.
Work efficiently with MS Excel (formula, vlookup, etc.),SQL and Statistics.
Work on Advanced Analytics algorithms like Regression, Decision Tree, ANOVA, and Clustering.
Exhibit excellent logical reasoning, good analytical skills, time management skills and attention to detail.
Be tech-savvy, highly motivated, self-starter, and a team player.
Be highly organized with the ability to balance multiple projects at the same time.
Be able to perform under pressure.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
