Your Role and Responsibilities
You are a Business Analyst For Business Operations, who will be responsible for end to end development cycle, translating business requirements into functional specifications, An ambitious individual who can work under your own direction towards agreed targets and goals, you have the ability to manage change and to work under stress. You are curious to learn as demonstrated by your up-to-date technical knowledge. You are a good team player and you are familiar with Agile methodologies and principles and/or have experience working in an Agile team. Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for end to end ownership of the development cycle, translating business requirements into functional specifications
• Define test cases, test, review test results
• Update renew document of understanding with partner
• Be the primary focal point for Business team relationship and review control report along with taking corrective action while developing documents

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 4+ Relevant years of experience in Impact & Gap Analysis, Good Client-facing and teaming skills, excellent verbal and written ability, End user documentation (Manuals, Decks, Wiki, Guideline) documentation Agile Methodologies etc.
• Good knowledge of various HR Processes such as Onboarding, Offboarding, Employment Lifecycle, India specific Legal rules, Compensation and Benefits etc.
• Demonstrated success in analyzing requirements and developing solutions to best meet them
• Experience designing and building end to end technical solutions for complex system problems.
• Experience BAU support of application
• Experience designing & delivering future-ready solutions to help organizations optimize their functions, enhancing employee experience

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Knowledge on SAP HR / Jira tool / Agile methodology etc
• Proven social skills along with analytical and attention to detail, Problem solver
• who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
