Business Analyst - Robotic Process Automation

Key responsibilities:
  • Business Analyst will be in charge of collating requirement and creating the process definitions used for automation after assessing optimisation areas
  • Will be expected to work with the engagement and client teams on the current/to be process mapping, involve IT and RPA teams where required to further identify and quantify RPA opportunities and prepare documentation for handing over to the RPA development teams

Key skills:
  • Should have expertise in process evaluation
  • Should possess strong logical and problem solving skills
  • Must be detailed oriented with strong organisational and communication skills
  • Should be proficient in documentation, requirement gathering, and providing trainings
  • Should be able to handle requirement analysis and automated test case creation
  • Should have experience in automation, specifically in Insurance/BFSI
