It has an exhaustive backend technology platform for the informal new to credit, un/under-banked customer, and the affordable housing customer segment making it the first one of its kind in the industry.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reading and assessment of business policies, processes and reports, anticipating requirements
2. Understanding business needs as they relate to a potential change or transformation
3. Gathering, identifying and documenting business requirements
4. Simplifying requirements, so they are easily understood across the whole team
5. Performing requirements analysis
6. Gathering critical information from meetings and producing useful reports
7. Participating in project walk-through: business requirements gathering, design walk-through, functional test plans and implementation sessions
8. Working on under the direction of a supervisor, provide documentation support for requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, design of new functionality and product testing
9. Participating in business/resources procurement activities
10. Maintaining and improvement of business records/documents keeping
11. Coordinating with company partners and stakeholders to ensure business activities deliverables
12. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
13. Working closely with the product lead to make sure the product in development meet the needs of the end-users
