Job Description

Since we firmly believe in organic growth, the candidates are recruited as 'Business Associates', and they get to groom their personality and managerial skills during their 'on the job training' for 6-10 months in 3 levels. By the end of this training, they are at the team leader's position, managing and leading a team of 10-12.
Below mentioned are the levels of training and key responsibilities-
LEVEL 1: Business Associate: Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Customer Acquisition / Client Representation
LEVEL 2: Corporate Trainer: HR/ Training & Development / Recruitment Process
LEVEL 3: Team Leader: Team Management / Leadership Development / Conflict Management
