Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities

We are recruiting for a BA in the Recruitment Process Optimization team. Working as an Analyst in this team,

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Source quality CVs through
    deep web techniques within the stipulated time line

  • Conduct market mapping
    exercises to gather and analyze talent landscapes.

  • Identify prospective
    targets using job boards, internal databases, diversity tools, LinkedIn, deep
    web search and other sourcing tools.

  • Determine parameters for
    prioritizing candidates such as identify which types of profiles are of
    greatest interest.

  • Maintain and update
    candidate records in tracking database.

  • Establish strong
    professional relationships with onshore team members

  • Create reports, LinkedIn
    projects for recruiters.

  • Build profiles of targeted
    individuals, competitor team and reporting structures, and develops
    organizational charts.

    Essential Skills Required

    Education 

    Professional Qualifications
    • Bachelor%27s Degree
    • Any certification
    in recruitment, lead generation/advance internet searching preferred
    • Understanding
    of the recruitment software%27s and Intermediate MS Office skills including
    Excel

    Prior

    Experience

    The candidate must have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience with primary focus on Candidates Sourcing,
    Lead Generation %26amp; Internet Research in a similar role, particularly in a
    professional services firm / Recruitment Consultancy.

    Exposure in US market
    will be preferred

  • Understanding KPMG service

    Offerings, Grade Structure And Job Descriptions

  • Keep abreast of clients
    requirements, nature of business, and recent business wins

  • Qualitative analysis of
    CV's sourced

  • Read and comprehend CV's to
    evaluate candidatures against the job requirements specified by the client

  • Ability to conduct initial
    candidate screening and short listing of resumes in large volumes

  • Identifying innovative
    sourcing solutions

    Technical Skills

    Prior experience of working
    on a CRM/ATS system would be preferred

    Behavioral / team skills

  • Personal drive and positive
    work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding
    situations

  • Flexibility to adapt to a variety
    of engagement types, working hours and work environments

  • Excellent written and
    verbal communication skills
