Responsibilities:
Conduct regular, standing meetings with customer executives and internal business partners.
Support efforts related to recruiting, employee development and training.
Develop, revise and update policies and procedures as necessary.
Prepare and submit intake forms for new small business contacts.
Provide support and advice to internal stakeholders on a range of policies, agreements and processes.
Work independently with key stakeholders to identify and address client needs in a collaborative approach.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned business unit(s),their goals, and key milestones.
Render judgments and make timely decisions in alignment with business objectives.
Recommend recovery strategies, options, and assist with the implementation of recovery solutions.
Work with leaders to embed team structures, role clarity, goal alignment and other measures.
Partner with leaders to develop people strategies to further their business objectives.
Oversee annual and/or major gift activities to support strategic plan.
Serve as first point of contact for customer relationship management.
Identify efforts that will have the greatest strategic impact.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in business or computer science.
Strong leadership, time management, and critical thinking skills.
Requires careful attention to detail.
Skilled with maintaining and creating spreadsheets.
