We select our new joiners as Business Associate and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of Business Management viz. Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 8-12months as per the following Global Training Module (GTM):
Stage 1: Business Associate
Stage2: HR Trainer
Stage3: Crew Leader
Stage4: Assistant Owner
Stage5: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANGER
Job Description:
- Lead the marketing/advertising process, meet prospective clients, give product presentation.
- Tap business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
- Visit potential clients for presentations and demonstrations.
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- Be the first point of contact for all marketing-related queries and communication.
Responsibilities :
1. Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
2. Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities
3. Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity.
4. Training and Developing team members to develop a high-performance culture.
5. Expanding Business across the country, and globally.
6. Enhancing leadership by using effective communication & coaching of team members.
7. Expanding Business & mapping of new market segments in new territories across India.
8. Customer Acquisition & Promotion: Acting as a point of contact on behalf of the client for promotion & brand development.
9. We will provide you with an opportunity for business exposure to National / International Travel for training & Business Development.
10. Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Qualification of the Candidate Must be Graduate.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Candidate must be in Western Formal Attire. Please REFRAIN from wearing casuals.
