Job Description:

• Generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement including targeted web search, and e‐mail/telephone contact with potential customers.

• Prospecting for new clients/ lead generation

• Direct communication with customers via e‐mail and telephone (Cold Calling/Warm Calling) to promote Ultria and its product range

• Qualification of sales leads to identify whether prospects requirements are aligned with Ultria’s product offerings.

• Establishing and maintaining appropriate pipeline to meet the requirements of the sales targets for Onsite -US Sales team.

• Capable of good Market Research and Database building

• Identify key decision-makers within target organizations

• Should understand prospects technology needs

• Recording of all sales activities in the CRM

• Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales Pipeline

• Proven track record of exceeding sales target

• Must be Aggressive and Dynamic with a Good & Positive Attitude

• Ability to work alone or with a team, should be a quick Learner and should be open to feedback.

• Work according to US time zone (Night Shift)

• Good Analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills

• Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by your Line ManagerSkills:

• Strong communication skills (Verbal & Written) and the ability to ask questions and listen are the keys to success in this role.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)

• Ability to work under pressure

Qualification:

• Graduates with MBA/ B.A/ B.Com/ B.E/ B.Tech/ BMS/ BMM - 2019 Pass out’s and 2020 batch pursuing their degree are open to apply.
