Job Description

Job Description:
The Business Consultant (Operations) will be responsible for:
  • Understanding the requirements of the Clients based on their enquiry
  • Follow up with clients for getting proper documents and details for registration of their Company
  • Coordinating with the Customers to update the status of their Company formation
  • Forwarding expectations of Clients to operational team to deliver them in time
  • Support the operations team with the feedback from the Client
  • Engage customers and take ownership for their needs
  • Acting as a supporting bridge between the BD & Legal Operations team
  • Identify potential customers for repetitive business
  • Resolve/Coordinate customer complaints effectively
  • Monitor competitor’s offerings and prices through Client feedbacks 
Eligibility:
  • Graduate/Post Graduate
  • Fresher will be preferred
  • Self motivated, detail oriented and able to prioritise daily work efficiently
  • Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last minute changes
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Should have excellent command over English and Hindi
  • Salary:Salary offered 18,000/- per month + Incentives
