Candidate must be:-
§ Must possess good communication skills and fluency in English both written and spoken
§ Central point of contact for support and coordination for all related activities to facilitate post sales assignments and provide administrative support as required
§ To work closely with sales head and facilitate business development activities
§ To provide outstanding levels of customer service to vendors and customers
§ Produce professional sales documents/ presentations/ proposal using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
§ Build a rapport with customers, to anticipate and respond to their needs
§ Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and mail correspondence
§ Coordinating for documentation, booking & blocking of order, query handling & coordination with vendors
§ Manage client files for sales related documents, collection of products and other material to facilitate billing and client servicing
§ Receiving Bills / invoice from Accounts department for sending to clients and follow up
§ Complete coordination with vendors for completion of the order
§ Maintaining inventory of Assets
§ Previous experience in this industry would be preferred
§ High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and should be able to relate to other software as required.
