Job Description
- Tele Counselling & On table Counselling.
- Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/ service
- Follow-Up with the prospective leads.
- Managing the trainings batches and reviewing performance of the trainer in daily basis
- Setting up Walk In for the prospective leads.
- Presenting Courses/ service demonstrations to the walk In leads
- Establishing new leads.
- Sales reporting and reviewing performance
- Negotiating fees to arrive at the best deal for the prospective leads and organization both
- Working towards achieving the sales target
- Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and alien needs
- Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels
- Collaborate within teams to achieve better results
- Take feedback from students and share it with support teams
Requirements:
1. May have the experience for two years.
2. Must have good knowledge in the system
3. Good communication skills.
4. Know about the computer languages.
5. Salary is up to 15000 per month for the right candidate.
6. Must have the good attitude.
