Business Development

• Develop and deliver the strategy for new business development, marketing and communication, appropriate to need and responsive to opportunity in close collaboration with the CEO.
• Align the strategy with that of the organization, seeking to maximize effectiveness through  collaboration.
• Able to build brand building strategies. Identification and segregation of market segments.
• Creative Ideation mapping brand’s business goals to digital marketing goals.
• Excellent negotiation skills Knowledge of Digital Marketing / Digital Activation / Social Media Market and Trends Enthusiastic, Motivated, Self Driven, Assertive, Persuasive, Go Getter
• Demand Estimation and Market Research Consumer as well as Marketing.
• Establish and maintain brand collaborations and partnerships.
• Create and execute brand communication campaigns, build & strengthen the brand's equity over a period of time and drive adoption rates for the brand
• Develop marketing campaigns to deliver on business objectives and work collaboratively with diverse teams to create & manage integrated marketing strategies
• The person will be responsible for organic growth campaigns as well as long-term strategic initiatives

• The person should be able to conceptualize solutions for the different segment needs that Exist in the market
• It's mandatory to have good analytical skills
• The person should be a self-starter and have displayed a high level of initiative
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS office and dealing with communication agencies
• Proficiency in Digital & social media will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in data analysis & market research tools is an added advantage
