Job Summary

Conceptree learning is looking for a Business Development Executives (BDE). BDEs generate leads from offline activations that are required to run sales at the city level.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Help in generating qualified leads and maintain brand identity through a sustianable community of students, parents, teachers and schools.
• Spearhead Conceptree Learning operations with end to end executions of events including conducting mock test in different schools, organising games, workshops, seminars, and apartments acitivites

• Generating leads from data collection which is also acquired through the aforementioned events.
• Drive the sales team as quickly as possible.
• Work with the center head to ensure the end to end requirement of that center is properly met.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Education: B.Com/BMS or equivalent from a reputed college.
• Experience: Min 1+ year of experience in B2B sales and BTL marketing. Connections with a range of schools or previous experience in Institutional sales is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communicator and relationship builder. You have worked collaboratively with marketing and product teams.
