Business Development/Acquisition Executive

Full Time

Location : Pune

Your Responsibilities :

Acts as a voice of Backpacker Panda on the front lines with potential clients
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
Developing growth strategies and plans
Increasing client base
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
Travel to the various locations within India and sometimes outside India for client and property acquisition
Support the wider operations team at the head-office in their daily task performance
Capture customer insights and work across operations, marketing, and tech teams to improve the overall client conversion and satisfaction
Use creativity backed with the data-driven approach in decision making

Your Profile :

Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
Candidate from HR background will be preferred
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel or google spreadsheet
Proven ability to negotiate
Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
A ‘no task is too small’ attitude
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to learn and adapt to change
Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment
You are proactive, goal-oriented, reliable and a have a self-structured way of working
Any other value-added skills are embraced with open arms
