  • Business Development / Lead Generation Executive 
  • Candidate should be an individual contributor with the responsibility of new business generation in an assigned territory.  
  • You will be creating visibility of brand ADing Agency through high volume outbound/inbound calling, targeted email campaign and networking. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understand ADing Agency offerings clearly in order to effectively communicate with prospects 
  • Know and understand the assigned territory 
  • Validate and Manage assigned Target Accounts on CRM 
  • Effective Prospecting (via cold calling, inbound calls, emailing and networking
  • Work closely with Sales Manager & Technical head of ADing Agency and support in engaging with Key Accounts by qualifying prospects and drive new opportunities
  • Strives to meet or exceed prospecting goals on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Meet and exceed Quarterly revenue targets 
  • Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reports and review 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Any Graduate
  • 0 - 2 years experience into Inside Sales / Product Sales in North America
  • Exceptional communication skills (especially engaging customers over phone and emails)
  • Organized, disciplined and a Hunter by choice 
  • Open to work in territory timings (multiple openings across three-time zones in USA/UK) and Loves to work hard and party hard.
