Job Description

We are seeking ambitious and self-motivated individuals to join our business development team as associate interns. As a business development associate intern, you will be responsible for calling potential prospects, building relationships with them, and converting them into sales to help drive the growth of our company.


  • Responsibilities


  • Conduct outbound calls to increase show up rates on webinar
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential prospects who attended the webinar
  • Qualify leads and gather information about their needs and preferences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication like calls, whatsapp, emails etc.
  • Pitch our products and services to prospects and answer any questions they may have
  • close sales
  • Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in our CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

    • Requirements:


  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to engage prospects over the phone
  • Proficiency in Hindi & English
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Google sheets/doc
