- Daily plan and visit prospective clients after conducting preliminary research.
- Marketing of the company's product to all the Hotels, Restaurant, Cafe etc.
- Develop good knowledge of all product lines available in the market.
- Creating awareness, handling of promotional activities and generating leads.
- Give presentations to the clients about the product and registering them.
- Identifying new market segments and tapping profitable business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with key account managers.
- Resolving customer issues and queries on time
- Controlling the outstanding and strong follow up for collections.
- Selling value added services and increasing business from them.
- Immediate response to any customer requirement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors’ activities.
- Report Daily / weekly/monthly on the status of field sales / marketing activities.
- Carry out any other job-related activities as and when required.
