Job Description
An Individual will be responsible for acquiring & retaining clients through various modes of communication and leads to oversee the development and growth of the new business, develop and maintain effective client relationships.
- Build New Business & long-term opportunities.
- Connecting prospective clients through a variety of mediums could include reaching out on social media, phoning, emailing, or meeting in person.
- Develop, coordinate and implement marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities.
- Establishing and maintaining client relationships in order to cultivate repeat business from existing clients and win new clients from competitors.
- Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Build a strong relationship with clients for business growth & profitability
- Identify various strategies and action plan to improve sales & its process.
- Scheduling client meetings or appointments.
