  • Primary Research: Performing Cold calling and Lead Generation activities.
  • Secondary Research: Identifying the Key decision makers (handling L&D, Training, Talent Management, and OD interventions) in various Organizations and making a rapport with them to understand their In-house training requirements plan.
  • Key Account Management: Mapping of New Accounts (Corporate Clients) for our vast Training Services Portfolio.
  • Registrations: Targeting Individuals and Filling/Booking of Seats for our various Open House Calendar Training Programs scheduled on a monthly basis.
  • Follow-Up: Interacting and doing a follow-up with the clients on a daily basis regarding In-house training opportunities. 
  • Reporting: Maintaining MIS Reports (Internally) on a weekly basis and sharing it with the concerned person.
  • Promotions: Sending promotional E-mailers to the clients on a daily basis for various Training programs.
  • Data Mining: Building Database (Email Id, Mobile Number, Direct Number etc.) of the Targeted Audience (HR, L&D, HODs etc.)
  • Marketing: Handling various Marketing and Branding activities.
