Job Description

  • This role will be responsible for end-to-end operation management of the vendor/seller. 
The main responsibilities are:  Vendor Acquisition 
  • Shall be responsible for vendor/seller on-boarding on our platform 
  • To cater to specific business verticals of micro, small, medium enterprises(MSMEs). 
  •  Guide the sellers/vendors on the benefits of registering on our e-commerce platform.  
  • Vendor Account Management 
  • Rapport building, Catalog Management and Content Management 
  • Communicating with the vendors through calls and e-mails 
  • Ensure good account health by coordinating with the Seller Acquisition team 
  • Upgrade Sellers on our marketplace so that sellers find their prospect buyers 
  • Follow-ups with Vendors to ensure smooth running of their store  
  • Report Management 
  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS for reporting and analysis   
  • Target Achievement 
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly business targets
