Job Description

Job Summary:

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships. They will work closely with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong business acumen, and be able to build relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other business development activities

Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase products and services

Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients

Provide regular updates to management on business development activities and progress towards goals

Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and opportunities

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques
