Role: Business Development Associate - Field Sales/Direct Sales
Location: PAN INDIA
Probation Period: 2 Months
CTC during probation period: 3Lacs(fixed) + 2 Lacs (Variable)
CTC post probation period: ₹ 7 lacs(fixed) + ₹ 3 lacs(variable)
Role: Business Development Associate - Inside Sales
Location: Bengaluru
CTC during probation period: 3Lacs(fixed) + 2 Lacs(Variable)
CTC post probation period: ₹ 5 lacs(fixed) + ₹ 3 lacs(variable)
Note: This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high performance environment. You will be working 5 days a week with Mondays and Tuesdays being week-off.

*Bachelor's Degree

Note- You will go through a 8 weeks Business Development training program, based on successful completion you will be promoted to become a full fledge Business Development Associate-
Business Development Trainee - INR 5,00,000 CTC
(3 lpa fixed + 2 lpa variable) - 8 weeks program
Business Development Associate - INR 10,00,000 CTC (7 lpa fixed + 3 lpa variable)
or INR 8,0,00,00 (5lpa fixed + 3 lpa variable)
Even if you have 4+ years of experience you will have to go through the training period with 23k as you fixed salary for the first three months. So if your not willing don't apply.
