Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team and drive
growth in the education sector. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and possess
excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and key decision-makers in the education sector through market
research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Connect with potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to
understand their needs and introduce our products and services.
Build and nurture relationships with prospects through ongoing communication, follow-up, and
engagement.
Present product demonstrations and sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the value
proposition and benefits of our solutions.
Effectively communicate pricing, negotiation terms, and contract details to secure new business
opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to meet the
specific needs of each customer.
Track sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM software to ensure
accurate and up-to-date record-keeping.
Meet and exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs set by management through proactive prospecting
and closing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the
education sector.
Strong understanding of the education landscape, including K-12, higher education, and lifelong learning.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our products and services.

Work From Home Opportunity: This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from home,
