Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team and drive growth in the education sector. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

 Identify potential customers and key decision-makers in the education sector through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.

 Connect with potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their needs and introduce our products and services.

 Build and nurture relationships with prospects through ongoing communication, follow-up, and engagement.

 Present product demonstrations and sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.

 Effectively communicate pricing, negotiation terms, and contract details to secure new business opportunities.

 Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer.

 Track sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM software to ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping.

 Meet and exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs set by management through proactive prospecting and closing strategies.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

 Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education sector.
 Strong understanding of the education landscape, including K-12, higher education, and lifelong learning.
 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our products and services.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
