Job Designation: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (BDA) 

Hiring B.Tech, BBA, BCom, BE, BSC, BBM, BA, MA, MBA (Any Graduate/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/ Masters Degree)

Location: Bangalore

Compensation: 4.5Lpa to 6.0Lpa
 
Internship Period Stipend :18,000 per Month + 10,000 Incentives (Performance Based)
 
Internship Period : 3 Months 

We are looking for candidates who possess: 
Excellent verbal and spoken communication skills (Preferably English).
Ability to persuade and negotiate.
Ability to work in a team.
Self- motivated and able to handle pressure.
Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated.   

Job Responsibilities : 

1. Recruitment and training of interns from universities across the country 
2. Partnering with universities, colleges, and schools to drive Grantley innovations programs 
3. Following up on leads generated from marketing 
4. Market Research 
5. Leading Expansions in New Markets 
6. Other job roles as per the requirements of the company
