Job Description – Business Development Executives 

We’re technology-enabled performing arts learning start-up currently in stealth mode. Our mission is to transform the way India learns & creates performing arts. We are currently in stealth mode with a target public launch date in April. Our launch services consist of technology-enabled dance classes in our proprietary studios, production facilities, and social media broadcasting & competitions. 

Founding Team 

The founder is a graduate of IIT Bombay & Stanford GSB. He was part of the founding team of Amazon India where he played a key role for over 8 years. Among his roles at Amazon, he was the CEO of Amazon’s first joint venture in India and a Board Member of Amazon’s payments business. The other members of the founding team are experienced senior leaders from Shiamak Davar’s & Byju’s. 

Role 

The responsibilities of the role are per the below: 

● Lead Generation: Interact with decision-makers in apartment complexes & other clubs and generate interested leads who will be willing to provide space in their clubhouses to conduct our classes & send information to their members about it. 

● Pitch: Pitch value proposition to association members. 

● Closures: Close deals independently with association members. 

● Onboarding & Implementation: Ensure that complex provides the information & implementation support needed to kick of the classes. Attend the first trial class. 

● CRM: Actively use & update the CRM tools to ensure the data accuracy of reports. 

● Feedback: Provide customer feedback to the founding team. 

The role is based in Bangalore, India. The role will be required to work primarily in the field. Of ice is in Indiranagar. What do we need? 

The ideal candidate is someone who –

Role & Compensation 

There are 3 roles we are hiring for. Compensation is INR 20,000 (fixed) + INR 12,000 (performance-based variable pay) per month. A tablet will be provided. Fuel & mobile reimbursement will be provided per actuals with a cap of INR 3,000 per month.

Work Days & Timings 

We have a 6-day working week. Independence is offered to choose work timings & days (e.g. working day on Sunday will be compensated with another day off) to ensure interaction with maximum customers. The expectation is to be responsible & drive customer and business success.
