Designation: Business Development Associate
Functional Description
· Development of all business channels to build Nestlings brand awareness and provide educational advice to students and counselors of Schools and Colleges assigned region.
· Planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns in Schools / Colleges and Universities in assigned regions.
· Conducting Seminars, and events participation to promote Nestlings and expand the business.
· Academic alliances, presentations, and Business Development.
· Coordinate and implement various recruitment programs and marketing strategies for territorial or local on-site admission programs and special events relating to targeted freshman, transfer, or under-represented groups in the fulfillment of recruitment efforts.
· To manage and sustain relationships with key partners (Universities and Colleges) in the areas specified above and identify new partnerships that will enable the business to grow at a faster rate.
· Tracking competition through research and analysis of Pricing, catchment, global trends in the education industry, fee structure, and promotional strategies of competition.
· Working on a set of accounts, increasing revenue base and retaining the existing bandwidth in terms of the number of clients and revenue.
· Develop formal plans for continuous improvement, and measurement in terms of management goals, customer service, counseling delivery, and client relationships.
