Business Development Associate
Role Description:-
This individual will thrive at generating and closing new businesses. This individual will utilize their experience to find and qualify leads, which will lead to sales possibilities with both new and existing clients, by using a consultative approach to selling.
Responsibilities:-
Sales objectives must be met or exceeded.
Should be able to make cold and warm calls.
Obtain new and current client accounts to successfully generate revenue.
Inside Sales updates and progress should be reported and presented.
Communicate with potential clients via email and phone.
Learn about our products, market trends, and competitors in depth and keep up to date.
Develop long-term consumer connections through establishing rapport.
When it comes to campaign planning, collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing (Digital) team.
Ability to collect and analyze data in order to make better decisions and convince others.
Skills Required:-
Minimum of 0-1 years of quota-carrying sales and management experience
Experience selling in an educational technology business is required.
Should be fluent in English and Hindi.
Fluency in any local language is preferred.
A track record of exceeding quota.
Strong communication abilities, both written and vocal.
Individual who is highly motivated, self-starting, and eager to learn and pursue a career in sales.
