Roles & Responsibilities:
1) To manage marketing and sales activities for the projects 
2) To generate leads from marketing initiatives and agents
3) To convert leads to customers: site visit, negotiation, legal due diligence, bank loan arrangement, and agmt signing.
4) To ensure timely payments by customers and to also do all the necessary paperwork
5) To ensure all arrangements at the site for comfortable and successful customer visits
6) To interact with vendors for creation of marketing collaterals.
