Duties and Responsibility :
We are a company in the deep learning space. Our primary product caters to the UPSC (IAS/ IPS) examination. The role is to assist the organization's sales and growth efforts. Contributing to new customer acquisition (students, aspirants). You should be quick at understanding the context of a student's preparation. Assess his/her learning patterns, and pitch relevant courses and make a sale.
Here are the core R&Rs :
1. Build an empathetic connection with the student community at large.
2. Understand their motivations levers
2. Make cold/ filtered leads calls and establish course relevance and the sale
3. Maintain knowledge of all course and service offerings of the company
4. Understand the core differentiators among the competitors in the same industry. Inform & incorporate the management & the users about them to increase sales volume.

Instructions for Candidates :
- This is a 3-year-old startup with a small & closely-knit team. We are hiring people who have an understanding of sales and behavioral psychology to understand a prospective learner's attitude towards highly competitive examinations such as IAS/ UPSC and beyond. We will be interested in knowing the challenges you have faced, amusing situations you have witnessed, and hacks that you have implemented in your workplace to get things done.
