Job Description:

Business Development Associate identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers. Assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect contacts and prospecting. They are typically creative and detail-oriented team players who can build and maintain production.

Development Associates with the following skills:

·       Bachelor's Degree is required in any related field.

·       Must be willing to travel in and out of Country.

·       Collaborating with various departments to create and implement strategies that will expand market share, increase brand awareness, and ensure customer satisfaction.

·       Assessing company objectives and current trends to recognize new business opportunities and growth potential.

·       Cultivating strong relationships with new contacts, while maintaining existing contacts relationships.

·       Working closely with team across departments to implement growth strategies.

·       Developing and implementing contact service and retention plans, and analysing data to inform or update business strategies.

·       Assist with drafting business plans, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.

·       Efficient at email and mobile communication.

·       Must be efficient at utilizing computer-based tools (Microsoft Platform, B2B) to accomplish tasks and communicate with others.
