Title: Business Development Associate for a Law Firm (Prior Experience in Law firm is mandatory)

Job Location: New Delhi

Responsibilities:

• Research and build relationships with new clients (domestic and international) for increased business.
• Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging network.
• Attend industry events, seminars, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
• Visit and build relationships with international chambers in India, government departments and organizations to acquire new clients
• Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market research
• Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database.
• Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
• Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing or business development role in a law firm.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Experience cold calling; Aptitude at connecting with prospects over the phone
• Friendly and personable demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

Salary: As per industry standards.
