Job Description

Traffic Tail is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team in Saket. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic initiatives and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives. Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify areas for growth and innovation.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and value proposition. Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable business agreements.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales opportunities and revenue projections. Track progress, update client information, and manage sales activities efficiently.
  • Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas, negotiate terms, and build rapport with clients.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, coupled with a proven track record spanning 2 to 3 years in business development or sales roles, preferably within the dynamic landscape of the digital marketing or advertising industry. Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles, they exhibit exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills essential for fostering strong client relationships and driving revenue growth. Moreover, their self-motivation, results-oriented mindset, and ability to excel in fast-paced environments underscore their suitability for this role.
