This is a Hybrid sales job for people who got the knack to get out of their comfort zone and want a 4x faster growth in terms of their career in terms of salary and promotion

IF you can Convince people in any given scenario, not to sell a product but to create a need for the customer wherein they are interested to know what you have to offer

Identifying the problem and using it as an opportunity to pitch your product

Getting insights from the customer and engaging with them to build a successful rapport Closing a sale on call as well as on the field

No Cold Calling: You will be provided with the phone number of the people who have downloaded the BYJU's app on their smartphone from the advertisements they see on television, this will give you an upper hand to interact with the parents. also, you will have data associated with a student about what they are studying on the app. It's up to you how you use the data to build confidence with the client and close the sale.
Few important points to be noted Not a 10 AM - 6 PM typical job, minimum 10-12 Hours with even extended hours as you will be calling parents, most of the white-collar crowd is available post 8 PM, so you have to be hybrid for this role

Since this is a sales profile, there will be pressure 24/7, in case if you fail to achieve your weekly target manager might call you on a holiday.

You must be hybrid enough to multitask, call customers, keeping follow-up as well as maintain your weekly target.

Keeping all the Key roles and responsibilities, the salary will be 3 LPA for 2 months which is the training tenure wherein you will be working as a BDT (Business development trainee) plus incentives extra. Post completion of your BDT period given that you have achieved your target you will be promoted to a
BDA at 7LPA fixed + 3 Lakhs incentives = 10 Lakhs CTC
5 Days working Wednesday - Sunday with Monday -Tuesday as a Holiday
