ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research for organizations that we can closely work with.
• Cultivating strong relationships with the new campaigners while maintaining existing relationships with campaigners in a thorough structured way
• Creating a sales pitch and other marketing materials whenever needed
• Understand how we campaigners or NGO partners can use Donatekart’s platform and channel donations for their cause
• Exploring various opportunities to sources NGOs who can run campaigns on our platform
• Profiling Not for Profits who fit into our model and onboarding them on to our platform
• Assist NGOs/Charities running the campaign by providing content and design support for their social media promotion with the help of our marketing team
• Provides ideas to attract new campaigners and expand sales.
• Review and approve crowdfunding campaign requests on the platform.
• Source and provide updates on ongoing campaigns.
• Keeps prospective NGOs database updated

REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in new business development, marketing, or sales in B2B sales preferably.
• Experience of working with an NGO or volunteering in a social angle is an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce/Zoho
• Strong understanding of how social media works and unequaled ability to utilize such media in promoting the organization’s work, impact created, and increase brand visibility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
