Job Summary :

Role Summary:

Inside Sales Specialist plays an important role in Customer Acquisition, Client Relations and service, explore and identify business opportunities and play significant role in generating sales and revenue for business growth. You are expected to connect, counsel and assist potential customers in completing admission process from these top notch institutes. This is an individual contributor role in a high performance and growth environment. Aspirants with 1-3 years’ experience in career counselling, inside sales, direct sales, tele sales, lead generation are desirable.

Fresh Graduates / MBA who believe that they can be potential fit and flair to excel in sales can apply for this position.

Job Description:

· To Call, Connect, Counsel potential customers from varied sources interested in these programs.

· To connect clients through outbound calling from database and generate new leads & prospects

· Cold calling, Emailing, scheduling the meetings with generated prospects, and closing the sales.

·  Exploring within and outside available opportunities with constant market research.

·  Identify right set of audience, achieve the assigned sales and revenue targets month on month basis.

· To build a community of influence among the acquired customers for recurring business.

Essential Skills:

·  Good communication skills, outspoken, proficiency in English is required.

·  Good Telephone / Mobile etiquette required to speak with potential customers.

·  Inclination and interest to work in a sales driven environment, looking for long term career in sales.

·  Self-Motivated and Goal oriented with a desire to excel and grow with consistent performance.

·  Graduate / Postgraduate with knowledge of computers is essential.

Career Path: Business Development Associate-> Business Development Executive->Team Leader
