What you will do:

• Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth.
• Communicate company products and services via cold calling, E-mail.
• Responsible for scheduling Product demo to the customers.
• Build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs.
• Manage pricing negotiations and maintain healthy relationships with clients.
• Document and update CRM with daily activities as required.
• Responsible for intense follow up with the potential prospects in closing the sales.
• Contribute individually to achieve weekly and monthly Sales targets in a performance-driven competitive environment.
• Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the teams performance, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, Average revenue per sale, etc.,
• Be a self-starter and pro-active; identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
• Remain knowledgeable about all organizations products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
• To research and analyze the customers requirements and present best solutions.

• Should have minimum 1 year or more experience in sales / Business Development.
