7) Salary: - Up to 30%Commission Basis + Incentive
Job Descriptions
01) the candidate can work from home or remotely but must provide daily update
of client and job seekers.
02) Proactively search the data from the Internet for recruitment &
business development opportunities.
03) Connecting with /calling job seekers & clients to generate Lead from
database.
04) To seek candidates and company clients through different job portals,
College, Job fair.
05) Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
06) Support business leaders in managing
capacity through hiring.
07) Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
08) Candidate should be ready for travelling.
09) Should be fluent in Marathi, Hindi,
English language.
Required candidate profile.
1) Excellent knowledge of MS-Office.
2) We are looking for hardworking / Goal Oriented BDO.
3) Excellent communication skills are mandatory
4) Candidates from a consultancy background
are welcome.
5) The contract will be based on commission.
6) The person should have his / her own laptop/desktop with internet
connectivity
