- Exception: Graduation pursuing or 12th Passed candidates with exceptional sales skills
- Work experience: 0-3 years
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, above-average sales aptitude
- Anyone without sales aptitude shouldn't be sourced at all
- Prospect should be able to sell one material thing given as a situation
· Becoming an expert on fancy travel experiences in and around India
· Act as travel thought leader/consultant to consumers
· Selling most fascinating travel experiences to consumers (no/minimal cold calls)
· Maintaining long term relationships with the “loyal/elite” customers
· Troubleshooting customer issues by liaising with business development/supply team
· Playing a critical part in achieving the organization’s revenue goals
