Profile Title: Learning & Development Consultant
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Prospect Identification.
2. Cold calling with potential client.
3. Setting up appointments.
4. Consulting with client.
5. Delivering business presentation.
6. Providing service & program overview.
7. Client Follow-up.
8. Agreement signoff.
9. Collecting post training feedback.
10. Payment follow-up & collection.
11. EOD, weekly & monthly reporting.
12. Drive marketing & branding Initiatives.
13. Business Analysis & Suggestion for development.
Minimum Qualification:
1. MBA in marketing domain
2. B.Com or BBA in graduation
Mandatory Requirements:
1. Must have own laptop to carryout day-to-day working.
2. Must have own vehicle & valid driving license.
3. Comfortable with travel within and outside Jaipur (6 – 7 days).
Preferred Candidate:
1. This role is open for both female & male candidates.
2. Prior work experience in sales and business development (If any).
3. Having an interest in training & people development.
Benefits & Perks:
1. Salary Offered: 15k to 20k per month (in hand)
- (Salary will be finalized based on candidate’s performance during interview)
2. Variable Pay: Opportunity to earn quarterly incentives equivalent to or even more than offered salary.
- (Incentives will be disclosed at the time of interview)
3. Monthly Reimbursement: Rs. 1500/- Per Month
