AllOne Solar, one of the fastest growing solar enterprises in India, looking for dynamic Business Development Associate to pitch company products and services to potential customers in and around Kolkata and its suburbs.
This position will mainly consist of B2B Business Development.
Responsibilities and Duties
B2B Lead Generation and Sales
Ability to convert cold calls to leads and opportunities
Identify, generate and evaluate solar project development opportunities
Assess development opportunities and have the ability to effectively communicate project plans
Prepare and deliver proposals
Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects and projects
To assist with the specification of products and solutions to meet customer needs.
Participate in professional organisations to enhance lead generation potential
To exceed sales and profit budgets
Attend construction and pre-construction meetings for specific projects
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 1 years' experience in B2B sales (industrial preferred)
