Job Description

Business Development Associate

Designation: Associate (SME_BOPS_ASSO),Senior Associate (SME_BOPS_SA)

Office Location: Mumbai

Years of experience : 2 to 4 years

Position description: Maintaining relationships with clients, by providing holistic solutions and also would be responsible for managing end-to-end sales process, including invoicing, collection, up-selling etc.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Scouting for leads ranging from restaurants, salon and fashion retailers, acquiring them as clients and servicing them over phone and email communication
  • Maintaining relationships with clients, by providing holistic solutions
  • Working in close coherence with the marketing team to best optimize results for clients
  • Generating sales insights and suggesting product level changes
  • Managing end-to-end sales process, including invoicing, collection, up-selling etc.

Knowledge and Skills :
  • Appreciation for the art of selling
  • Ability to think on your toes
  • Natural orating skills
  • High sense of ownership
