Who is an ideal candidate
1. Education Qualification
Minimum graduation is a must
The candidate must have 60% or above in either 10th or 12th (in case of state board)
The candidate must have 70% or above in either 10th or 12th (in case of CBSE)
2. Work experience and age criteria
The candidate can have 0-3 years of experience (kindly do not send candidates with more than 3 years of experience)
The candidate should not be more than 25 years old.
Currently we are hiring only male candidates for this role.
3. Communication and other basic skills
The candidate must be able to understand and speak English, in addition to this fluency in one local language is a must.
The candidates should have participated in extra curricular activities in their college.
4. Discipline and other must haves
The candidate should be willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays with Tuesdays being the weekly off.
The would be expected to travel in and around Mumbai based on business requirements.
They may have to work with extended work hours depending on the business requirements.
5. What is the CTC for this role?
We offer a CTC range of 3 LPA to 4 LPA to the candidates, upon successful completion of their training program this can go up to 5 LPA.
NOTE - The initial CTC that will be offered to the candidates will be 3 LPA to 4 LPA, kindly do not promise anything apart from this.
How many candidates are we hiring?
We are hiring about 70 candidates every alternate week.

With such high volumes of hiring, we can utilise all the help we can from our Hiring Partners, with the required volumes of 150 odd candidates per month, there is a lot of hiring that you can help us with. The payment terms and conditions will remain the same as earlier.
What is the selection process?
You have to lineup all your candidates at our offices, the candidates will undergo 3 rounds of interviews, 1) HR Interview, 2) Group Discussion and 3) Personal Interview and the final results will be declared on the same day itself.
