Job Description

REQUIREMENT:  Business Development Representative

LOCATION: Stellar IT park, Sec-62(Noida)

SALARY PACKAGE: CTC Rs 1.40-2.40 LPA

JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a Business Development representative to act as the liaison between our marketing and sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting a developing relationship with the potential customers. To be successful in this role You will be using your best communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customer, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after sales service.

Business Development Representative RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects

·         Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer

·         Presenting our company to potential client

·         Contacting potential clients through cold calls and e-mails

·         Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

·         Build long term trusting relationships with clients

·         Report to the Business Development manager on (week/monthly/quarterly) sales results.

·         Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payments plans

 

REQUIREMENTS

·         Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques

·         Track record of achieving sales quotas

·         Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative

·         Understanding of sales performance metrics

·         Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·         Ability to deliver engaging presentations

·         BSC Degree in marketing ,Business Administration or relevant clients
