Job Description

  • Job Summary:
  • Plutus Capital Advisors is a young financial advisory firm engaged in the business of Fund Raising, Financial Consulting and Business Consulting. 
  • Our firm requires a Business Development Specialist with strong interpersonal and communication skills. B2B Sales, marketing and strategic analysis are the important aspects of the position along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. 
  • This position involves working with clients to develop long-term, fruitful relationships, which makes it crucial for applicants to have great communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively understand client needs and offer banking solutions accordingly. 
  • Applicants interested in a long-term opportunity with our company will be given priority during the selection process

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Research & identify prospective clients in targeted markets based on certain preset parameters
  • Pursue leads diligently and follow through to a successful agreement and closure
  • Meet with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right loan products to help meet their goals
  • Collect all required documentation for the loan package
  • Set appointments with clients and follow up with them afterward
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects
  • Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
  • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on key policies affecting various industries
  • Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients

Qualifications/ Skills:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing/ Finance
  • Needs to be fluent in at least one of the following 3 languages – English/ Hindi/ Marathi
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent business communication etiquettes in written communication
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
  • Ability to organize sensitive and confidential information
  • Strong problem solving skills, Interpersonal Skills, Networking and Relationship Building Skills with a proactive and hands on approach
  • Candidates with similar experience in the previous employment will be given priority in the selection process
  • Candidates who are able to drive/ ride independently will be preferred.

  • Above industry average remuneration to the deserving candidate
  • Earnings will be incentivised based on the performance. This will be on and above the fixed base salary.
  • No cap on the upside in monthly incentives based on performance.
  • Flexibility in work location could be considered for deserving candidates in the interest of maximizing productivity by not losing time in daily commute.
  • Young and nimble organization hence simple reporting structure and quick decision making
