Job Summary
As a Business Development Associate/Sales in SSBCrackExams, you will be expected to connect with potential customers, set up meetings, counsel and assist them to become premium subscribers.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Call and counsel the aspiring students, educate them about the defence exams and online courses.
• Establish strong rapport and conduct demo sessions for the customers according to their convenience.
• Oversee sales training material and suggest for improvement.
• Provide Call and Chat support (Inbound & Outbound) to the aspiring students and educate them about the online courses.
• Provide email marketing/campaign support
• Drive successful revenue for the organization by explaining and counseling the students properly based on their requirement.
• Update and manage all sales activities.
• Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
Who Can Apply - Only those candidates can apply who:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience within business development, sales, career counselling or similar domain.
• Prior work experience with Ed-tech sales is highly preferred.
• Have Good Communication Skills.
